What is the Block Ben Group?
Block Ben is a Hungarian MLM, but is it a scam? Lets review some facts!
Block Ben Group (Block Ben, Benker, Natrix Group, FintechLab KFt/Ben Labs KFT) owns the following domains:
Check full registration data of the domain here: https://www.whois.com/whois/blockben.com
www.blockstock.gold (now redirects to https://blockben.com/en/products/ebso)

www.blockwallet.ee (Couldn’t find much data on this domain, but it was definitely used for support communications at some point)
They used this domain for “support@blockwallet.ee”, mostly to handle communications regarding KYC verification and tickets for their blockwallet application.
How do we know that all domains are owned by the same people? Lets look at company registrations band ownerships behind these domains!
Official registration of Block Ben:
-Initially registered in Estonia
-Initially called as ” Block Network OÜ ” which changed to “BLOCKBEN FINANCIAL SERVICES OÜ” in mid 2020
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/blockben-registration-data.png)
Screenshot from this link: https://www.e-krediidiinfo.ee/14424711-BLOCKBEN-FINANCIAL-SERVICES-O%C3%9C
-The registered official address for the company is in: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132
Which is likely a virtual office in Estonia (where your company is only registered, but you hold no employees in that office). This is further proven by the fact, that if you google this address you will see about 20 other companies registered for the same address.
If you do a quick map search, and find the building, you will notice there are no signs on that building that would advertise any presence of “Block Ben”.
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/blockben-office-building-1024x660.png)
See more official information on these links:
According to teatmik.ee these are the official owners and profiteers of Block Ben:
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/teatmik-ee-owners-beneficiaries-1024x637.png)
Fur further clarification, see some of the members of Block Ben on Linkedin (screenshot taken 19th of Jan 2025):
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/block-ben-top-level-execs.png)
So the owners ares:
- Viktor Mark Bodnar
- Istvan Nagy
- Attila Korcsek
- Andras Szabolcsi
And most company listing sites will state the official rep or contact person to be:
- Peter Horvath
Official Registration Of Benker
As per their “legal notice” page (link: https://benker.io/legal-notice), they are registered in Lithuania, and this is their official company registration(screenshot taken 18th jan 2025):
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/benker-io-legal-notice-1024x695.png)
Searching those company registration details, you will find this link for the company data: https://rekvizitai.vz.lt/imone/blockbenpay/
Which confirms their identity as a Lithuanian company (see screenshot below)
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Benker-registration-data-1-1024x800.png)
Note the “Manager” being Viktor Mark Bodnar (who is also one of the owners of Block Ben), the company code is identical to the one on Benker.io page, but the domain says “/blockbenpay/”
See all the employees of Benker on Linkedin (snapshot taken 18th jan 2025):
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Linkedin-Benker-employees.png)
Official Registration of Natrix
According to this screenshot from their home page (taken 19th Jan 2025), the company behind the domain is called “Fintech Lab KFT” on this Addess: 1061 Budapest, Andrássy Avenue 33. 4/3
So that makes it a Hungarian company.
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/natrix-disclaimer-site-1024x610.png)
If you look up this company and adress, you will find this link:
According to that page, the managing director is: Peter Horvath (his name comes up often in official registrations).
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/fintech-lab-kft-1024x509.png)
But the CEO of Natrix (domain operated by Fintech Lab Kft) on Linkedin (as of 18th jan 20225) is again Viktor Bodnar:
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/linkedin-natrix.png)
So are these 3 organizations (Block Ben, Natrix/FinTech Lab and Benker) connected to one another?
Our opinion: Yes.
According to official company registration sites and LinkedIn, these people are affiliated with all of the organizations mentioned so far.
The basic connection?
BlockBen is running the scam, Natrix is the platform which hosts Block Ben’s BSO product, and FinTech Lab is the developer house which likely developed these platforms. Benker seems to be a seperate money grab, but not better than Block Ben (will discuss this below in the “Benker” section)
So what's the scam?
Let's take a look at Block Ben:
Questionable Marketing/Publications:
1. Innovative Product 2018 Award (in original Hungarian: “Innovatív Termék 2018”). As seen on this page:
https://www.origo.hu/gazdasag/2018/08/innovativ-dij-blockben-szingapur-magyar-vallalat
A page which directly links to “https://mediaworks.hu/hirdetes/” from the bottom menu option called “Media offerings” (or in original Hungarian “Médiaajánlat”. And on this page you can download the prices for having a paid article like the one above.
2. Fake or non-existing video presenters (seriously, I tried searching for all of their names and titles, and they simply dont exist on the internet).
Matthew Di Giorgio from this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TO8yyCAISiM
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Matthew-1024x559.png)
John P. Marshall from this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i160VKYdFt0
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/John-P-marshy-1024x617.png)
This Person “Xavier Borja” from this video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZstGRu3x20
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/xavier-Borja-1024x563.png)
Same person, changed his title on this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i160VKYdFt0
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/xavier-1024x550.png)
Conclusion on their marketing materials:
The video presenters are all seem to be actors.
The awards all seem to be vanity awards (meaning that its not earned, its paid for).
The Block Ben Scam:
Block Ben was/is heavily promoted by an MLM scheme. Where the more people you bring in, the more you earn (usually paid out in the platform’s own currencies -BNO- and stocks -BSO-).
Initially Block Ben had 2 products.
-BNO (I.E. “Block Note”) was/is a digital currency, each block note’s value is equalent to 0,01 grams of gold.
People were able to receive BNO transactions, send BNO and buy BNO with their credit cards. As far as we can tell there were no outrageous hidden fees. This BNO produc was used to get people to convert to using BlockBen’s app and potentially hype up their other product “BSO” or “eBSO”
-BSO/eBSO (I.E. “Block Stock” )
BSO is supposed to be backed by atleast 10% gold, and only 1.8million can be minted, and only 1.5 million can be sold. As refferenced in this official promotional video by Block Ben (as of 19th jan 2025):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TO8yyCAISiM
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/blockstock-max-quantity-and-sales-and-deposit-behind-blockstock-1024x585.png)
They even tried to legitimize their “10% is backed by gold” claim with official certificates signed by lawyers (some of which was signed by a lawyer “Valter Gencs” as an “independent law firm”, where as he is shown as freaking “founding partner” in a promotional video of theirs).
The document doesnt say that he BSO and BNO are backed by 10% gold deposit, it just states that for every BSO and BNO the client deposited 10% of its value to a random company. The deposit that is owned BY THEM.
Source: https://data.blockben.com/AuAudit/Certification_BlockBen_2021.03.16.pdf
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/certificate-gold-deposit-1024x697.png)
What does that mean?
It means (atleast in theory), that the value of a BSO will never go below the value of 10% of gold(we assume the 10% here means 10% of a gram of gold, as their website uses grams whenever talking about gold backing).
In practice, this doesn’t mean anything, as you can’t take your BSO and go to a bank or any exchange market and get gold in exchange for your BSO. Only on their platform.
At a time in april 2021, members paid approx 41 Euro/BSO (this price only increased as the company got closer to the release date)
Furthermore, the max capacity of stocks is capped, and the ammount you can sell is capped, which means that 350 thousands BSO will never be traded, so it can keep its market value as only a fixed ammount can circulate.
In reality ALL of these claims either mean nothing or is false. Somehow, there is currentl over 500 million tokens on the market.
As seen on https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/eblockstock/
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ebso-coinmarket-1024x639.png)
Some things you should know:
1. BSO used to be available for purchase (only for purchase) for Block Ben members until late 2021. Causing the “price” to skyrocket to 50-60-90 Euro per BSO.
2. It was promised that there wouldnt be minted more than 1.8 million BSO. And that they’ll go public from their private Block Ben app ecosystem (giving the ability to sell BSO to holders), their BSO value will be multipled.
3. In reality, the developers/owners of the Block Ben platform had all the power to print as many BSO as they wanted for themselves and sell (as evident by the criptomarketcap.com screenshot).
4. When holders of this token were given the option to sell their BSO on pulbic marketplaces, it is likely that the Block Ben owners simply listed the BSO at 0.1 USD, or that they were the first to dump their shares, or that they already got the money they wanted, and they were able to release the BSO token at whatever price. So when it first went live (according to their website the first marketplace was https://www.lbank.com/trade/ebso_usdt). People lost all of their money as it was trading on 0.1USD/BSO:
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ebso-usdt-lbank-1024x470.png)
In essence: There wasn’t even much of a “pump” (besides the time when they were selling to private investors on their platform) it was a simple dump. The owners got all their money while they were fundraising for their BSO.
“When transitioning to a public exchange, a token’s value depends on the starting price stated by the owner, demand, trading volume, and liquidity. If the broader market doesn’t agree with the private valuation, the token’s price will reflect market sentiment.”
The eBSO on their private platform still goes for around 12 Euro. Still a massive drop compared to their initial fundraising rounds, and obviously its not influenced by its actual market value…
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ebso-1024x415.png)
In the picture above you can also see their self valued price for their digital version of BNO, the BNOx. Worth exactly 85 Euro (as its ofcourse backed by 100% gold). But if you want to have the token, you can buy it on any other public marketplaces for about 0.6 USD each.
Try buying this manipulated, scam token here: https://crypto.com/price/blocknotex
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/BNOx-1024x755.png)
The New Block Ben Scam:
A relatively new product called Holoverz. If users are already tired of the losses and the scams and failed promises.
They will get charged for being inactive in the usage of Block Ben apps and products.
As seen on their official Terms and Conditions page (obviously is subject to rewrites without any prior notification to the user): https://data.blockben.com/terms/A_BlockWallet_GTC_en.pdf
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/terms-and-conditions-1024x706.png)
So what is this holovertz thing? Honestly, don’t know. It is likely similar to the BSO scam, a NFT project mixed with gambling and another crypto “holoverz” on their own private network, representing no real value.
When a scam starts losing fuel, the scammers usually come up with a new product to keep people engaged and in the loop for as long as possible. The model is usually the same/similar.
In holovertz, you can buy the valuta and/ pay for packages, lets say you buy a 500 Euro package, and you get atleast 900 Euro value (obviously this number is inflated, and you will never be able to trade your items to redeem this 900 Euro).
It’s important to note, that this latest scam is operated by Dr. Istvan Nagy.

Further People Affiliaed With Block Ben:
-Bence Novak (early promoter as “Refferer President)
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/novak-Bence-1-1024x512.png)
-Valters Gencs (Latvian lawyer , founding partner and as known from the above certificate screenshot: “gold claims reviewer”)
Proof of being a founding partner: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i160VKYdFt0

Everything About Benker.Io
As known, the owner of Benker is the same person/people who started the BlockBen scam.
Currently Benker has 2 half finished websites, promoising to be a revolutionary financial platform (probably taking over some of the code used in Block Ben).
They also have an app at 1.4 star reviews on the Google Play store.
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Benker-app-1024x779.png)
Benker promises to keep your money safe and secure (as seen on https://benker.io/?lang=en):
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/benker-page-1-1024x603.png)
According to official lithuanian sources like this:
https://www.lb.lt/en/licences-1/view_license?id=2098
Benker is granted a license.
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Benker-financial-license-1024x705.png)
On this page a user mentioned being robbed by Benker: https://rekvizitai.vz.lt/imone/blockbenpay/atsiliepimai/
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Capture-1024x747.png)
According to this page, Benker is not compliant with local laws and regulations and already been fined 27 thousand euros:
https://www.lb.lt/lt/finansu-rinku-dalyviai/benker-uab
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/benker-fine-1024x562.png)
Everything about Natrix
If we do a bit of reverse search on Natrix’s company registration number, as portrayed in their document here:
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/natrix-doc-1024x647.png)
We can find the company on this address: https://www.cegtalalo.hu/Ceg/budapest/ben-labs-kft/0109323432
![](https://watchoutscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/fintech-ben-labs-1024x665.png)
Seems like that at some point they changed names to “Ben Labs KFT” and that they are under liquidation.
Other than that: Natrix promises to be a safe and secure block chain.
Ironic as they have literally scammed thousands of hard working people out of their money.
In Conlusion? Are these people/organizations are scammers?
I’ll let their public reviews of Block Ben from YouTube and other sources give a taste of their characters for you:
