Found a nice little article about Alex Reinhardt and PLC Ultima.

Ultimafarm.com registration

Ultima Farm: Belongs to “Digitech A LLC”.

It’s in their terms and conditions: https://ultimafarm.com/documents/en/TermsandConditionsUF.pdf

Searching that Company Registration No. 416361591, on the official goverment company search database for Georgia: https://www.companyinfo.ge/en/additional-search

you will get this ownership result for Digitech A LLC:

You will also see that the owner is a person called Tatiana Bunchuk. Who is also registered as the owner of LTD Platindil (name might be different in english)

LTD Platindil is the organization behind https://global.platindeal.com/en/

The online webshop for overpriced cards (yes, you are being ripped off there).

I don’t speak Georgian, but here is 2 documents i found about registration (again, all public information)

Document 1

Document 2

platinworld.com registration

in the Terms and Conditions of platinworld.com, you will get sent to this link: https://platinworld.com/documents/en/TermsandConditionsforMerchants.pdf

Here the stated legal entity is this:

Official name: Platin Wolrd Limited

Company number: 22483 BC 2021

Country of registration: Vincent and the Grendines

To verify the above data, we went to : https://svgfsa.com/company-name-search/

Interestingly we found no match with that registration number. Searching simply the name of PlatinWorld we found these results:

So in the least its weird that I we can’t find that company in a respective database…

platincoin.com registration

Again we hit a wall, as we can’t find the business in its respective databse. According to the site’s “General Terms and Conditions”, that is found here https://cdn.platincoin.com//pdf/en/GeneralTermsAndConditions.pdf

The business is in Hong Kong (China).

With the chinese company search, we can’t find any match.

Try searching yourself:

https://www.tcsp.cr.gov.hk/tcspls/index

Ultima.io

In terms and conditions on this page:

https://ultima.io/documents/en/TermsandConditionsUT.pdf

You will find a mention of the company name and address, but no registration number.

For some reasion, despite it is registered in the country of Georgia, doing a search on Georgia’s company registy gives no matches for the name, address or email.

Feel free to try it yourself: https://www.companyinfo.ge/en/additional-search

But searching on Santa Tech LLC, we find a website with the same data:

https://defiu.com/en/

DefiU is a promotio for Ultima.

Platincoin (PLC) shows serious signs of a pump and dump (i.e. rug pull)

Image: Platincoins market value trend below.

How does a Pump and Dump works? With fake PR and Hype.

Some one (in this case Alex Reinhardt) begins promoting his shitcoin as safe, and profitable, builds a few easy to do products around it (which is often times outsourced to 3rd party service providers). Something like a “crypto card” or “a minter/mining app” etc.

This allows them to give some credibility and hopes of expansion, so they attract investors.

Once the price of their shitcoin is high enough, they simply mint themselves a few million/billion of their shitcoin to themselves out of thin air (they can do it, as they are the system admins). Once they got a loads of their own shitcoin printed, they sell it at a good price(i.e. dump it). Why can they sell it at a good price? Because the investors invested, and thus increased the value of the coin.

The only people that loose here are the investors, as when the creators dump their share, the investors can’t even pull out their a fraction of the value they initially invested.

What’s then? The creators abandon the project. Causing a further loss of confidence in the crypto project, and thus keeping the coin value on the ground.

PLC Ultima (PLCUC) also shows signs of a pump and dump

Chronologically speaking, PlatinCoin was the first scam. Despite how they promoted themselves as safe, secure, profitable and transparent, there was never an audit. There was never proof. The domain registration datas are all hidden, and some of the companies (and their affiliates) are not even findable in official company registrations.

Once they got rich of PlatinCoin, they went ahead and created PLCUC, which is the same story.

The man behind it all: Alex Reinhardt

He began his early career as a SwissCoin promter, where he was one of the top ones. This was before SwissCoin failed as a ponzi scam.

He later began promoting his platincoin, when that collapsed he rebranded to platinworld and ultima. Most recently he is working on PLCUX.

His affiliations with these scams are legally not obvious. But he has been the main promoter (and according to numerous articles) the founder of all of them.

So if you ever run into something that’s called PLC, platin or ultima, I advise you to stay away from it.
